Above is the link to the folder containing the disk image (192MB) of the aforementioned MacHut archive.

Instructions:

Unrar the 4 separate archives; then, when all of the RAR archives are in the same folder (all 113 of them), combine them into one with WinRAR or another compression utility that supports this type of compression. Once again, my sincerest apologies on not having the time to unstuff these files!

Just a thought

May 22, 2010

I thought I’d come back and see how things are going. There seems to still be an interest in the website, so I’ll certainly have a go at finding some more items. The only thing is, when you don’t hear from people, it makes you think that what you’re offering isn’t important. I’d really appreciate some feedback so that this passion that I have doesn’t die out, and that I might continue to provide quality posts for everyone’s liking!

Without further to do, here is the link to my entire archive; you might find some stuff that doesn’t belong, per se, but I used my account for a lot of things. Have a great time, and continue vMac-ing!

Shareware Bonanza

December 11, 2009

I’m starting to look at the possibility of uploading a TON of shareware, so do tell me if you like the applications! I have 49MB to unstuff, so this should be fun. I expect to have a batch ready in about an hour.

1985

December 2, 2009

Wow, this was an awesome year for Apple! There is a veritable gold mine of stuff on the net for Mini vMac in 1985! Pretty much everything here is from 1985 (The Microsoft Excel version 3 to 4 may not be, but I do know that some of it was made in 1985). There are a lot of games, tons of apps, and another AWESOME music program! I hope you enjoy these as much as I did!

A word of advice: The 3D Rendering program has to be the one you boot with. It will just crash, otherwise. Sort of the same thing as with Flight Simulator One.

1985 Rules!

Feedback/1984

December 2, 2009

Hey all! I’m rounding up some programs from the year 1984, and they should be posted soon. Keep your eyes peeled for them!

Also, I’d like to know what you, the user, would like me to upload. I’ll do all within my power to provide a disk image of what you ask. If it has to do with Basilisk II or SheepShaver, please let me know, as I will have to create a new page and/or website for those emulators. I’m trying to keep an open mind and an open website as well, so don’t be afraid to tell me what you think of it. Please send requests to: fanman93@gmail.com

Drawing Productivity

November 29, 2009

Here is a disk image containing a few drawing applications, and some games as well. They were all tested with System 6.0.8 to 7.5.5, and might work in older systems. Enjoy, and remember: any and all applications that work within Mini vMac and/or vMac are welcome! fanman93@gmail.com

Productivity and Presentation

November 28, 2009

Sometimes, you want to yell at Microsoft Word for crashing. Other times, you want to break your PC because of PowerPoint doing something weird. Nothing is a bigger oxymoron than “Microsoft Works”. Well, here are some older alternatives! For some reason, everything older seems to work better. That’s why I started using these applications. Contained in here are some writing and word processing applications (Like MacWrite 4.6), some all-in-one applications (WordPerfect Works (it does, too) and ClarisWorks 3.0 68k), two versions of PowerPoint (1.0, which was not actually owned by Microsoft at the time, and 3.0, though it requires System 7 or later), and a couple other goodies.

MS Word 5.1a

November 28, 2009

This is the best Word. EVER. This was so popular, that MS Word 98 came with an option to look like 5.1a. Enjoy this as much as I did!
